Cash Money CEO Bryan “Baby” Williams recently showed off a new tattoo he received in honor of superstar artist Lil Wayne’s birthday, which was yesterday (September 27). In a video hitting the net, Baby, Mack Maine, Wayne and other members of the Cash Money crew are seen celebrating Lil Wayne’s27th birthday in a hotel room. In addition to enjoying a diamond encrusted birthday cake, the rappers pop champagne, while Baby shows off his new tatt. The clip features the Cash Money CEO showing off a huge tattoo down his right arm that reads “9-27-82,” Lil Wayne’s birthday. Lil Wayne sports the new Chopard watch the Baby purchased, which is reportedly worth $1 million dollars. In related news, the release date for Lil Wayne’s rock album Rebirth has been shuffled again. Rebirth is now due in stores December 15 2009.

Brooklyn rapper Fabolous was rushed to the hospital, after getting sick and almost passing out while driving his vehicle.

The rapper took to his popular Twitter page today (September 27) and denied reports that he was involved in a minor car accident last night in New York City.

“I'm ok everyone..thanks 4 the concern. I was not in a car accident, but I think i know where it started.. Let me explain,” the rapper Tweeted. “I was drivin yesterday morning & started feeling very sick & felt like I was gon pass out while driving.. I veered off 2 da side of the road.”

The pain was so bad, the rapper called ambulance who picked him up from the side of the road, which could account for inaccurate reports that the rapper was in the hospital.

“I believed I was poisoned so I checked in & was given medical treatment..a lil sedated so I didn't tweet but was released 2 go late last nite,” the rapper wrote.

Earlier today, a number of messages on Twitter, multiple people were asking for "prayers" for Fab, but did not offer any other information regarding the accident.

The rapper was treated and was released and is currently home recuperating.

In related news, Fabolous is currently working with Ryan Leslie and Ne-Yo to form a new as-yet-untitled super group.

Days before his 9-11 benefit concert at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, Jay-Z has announced a full-fledged arena tour.

Jiggaman will be hitting cities throughout the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Officially kicking off on October 9, Jay will play at the Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, Pennsylvania and will stay on the road until November 22 at the Frank Erwin Center Arena in Austin, Texas.

As previously reported, Hov will be playing MSG this Friday on the eighth anniversary of his first Blueprint album and the tragic collapse of the twin towers. Proceeds for the show, titled “Answer the Call,” will go to New York Police and Fire Widows and Children’s Benefit Fund. Tickets will go on sale today at noon. They can be purchased for $50 each at ticketmaster.com.

Jay’s latest album, The Blueprint 3 is currently on shelves. The album was moved up from its original September 11 release date. –Max G

The release date for Jay-Z's highly anticipated album The Blueprint 3 has been shuffled due to bootlegging and leaks on the Internet.

The new album will now be released this Tuesday (September 8) as opposed to the original date of Friday, September 11.

Over the past two week, songs from The Blueprint 3 - mainly those produced by Timbaland - landed on net.

More recently, the entire album was leaked, prompting Jay-Z to address the issue in an interview.

“I may be the most bootlegged artist in history,” Jay-Z told MTV News during a press conference. “It’s a preview. I’m excited for people to hear the album. I’m very proud of the work I’ve done, so enjoy it."

Jay-Z's benefit concert supporting the New York Police and Fire Widows’ and Children’s Benefit Fund will continue as planned on September 11.
